Music Camp Scholarships Available

Information provided by the Community Foundation of Dunn County.

The Drums Along the Red Cedar Youth Music Endowment Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of Dunn County, gives local students the opportunity to apply for scholarship funding to attend a summer music camp of their choice, up to $500.

Two scholarships will be awarded this year to middle or high school music students in Dunn County to attend a music camp program. The camp must be for a specific music program, such as band, choir, jazz, percussion, voice, string, etc. Scholarships are paid directly to the camp unless otherwise approved by the Community Foundation of Dunn County, Inc.

Application forms are available from each school’s music department or students can apply here using our online form.

Application deadline is April 15th.

  • Applicants must be a middle or high school student in Dunn County.

  • Applicants must submit a completed Application Form to the Community Foundation by April 15th. Music teachers can use this online Recommendation Form.

  • Applicants must also have a current music instructor submit the Recommendation Form on their behalf by the deadline.

  • Applicants must include a brochure or other official information describing the camp program.

  • Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need, as provided on the application form.
