On September 9, 2022, Officer Tyson Kahl was awarded the Menomonie Police Department Life Saving Award. Officer Kahl received the award for actions taken on August 1, 2022. Officer Kahl gave CPR to a man that was not breathing and didn't have a pulse. His quick actions assisted the Menomonie Fire Department in reviving the man back to life. This is Officer Kahl's second MPD Life Saving Award. Congratulations on a job well done!
