Mindfulness in Nature at the Devil's Punchbowl - November 9th

Experience the scenic Devil’s Punchbowl Preserve while being guided to explore nature in a mindful way through a series of practices to engage the senses, calm the mind, and practice present moment awareness. Connecting with nature in a group setting has profound mental health benefits including stress reduction, nervous system regulation, social connectedness, physical and mental wellbeing, and more.
Enjoy an afternoon outdoors and deepen your relationship with nature!
This event is intended for adult participants. No prior knowledge of mindfulness is necessary. The event will be held if light rain is predicted but will be cancelled in case of severe weather.
Guided by Sara Norman, yoga teacher and Community Engagement Manager for Landmark Conservancy
Participants must be able to walk down and back up the 88 step stairway, as well as walk on uneven and wet ground.
