We will not be accepting any Players Pass coupons, unfortunately this company is selling these without our permission. We were never contacted by this company and have no way of being reimbursed at all. We wanted to let our customers know so they don’t purchase these without being able to use them.

If anyone has purchased these coupons, please file a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection.
Use the link provided to file a complaint under the consumer protection area.
You’ll need copies of any transactions, emails, links to the website you purchased them from, etc. DATCP takes complaints very seriously.
Additionally, if you have used a debit/credit card to purchase the coupon-please flag it with your financial institution. Alert them to the post from Pinewood Golf Club & Restaurant to back up that the coupon was in fact fraudulent. This moves the scammers crime up to a federal level of wire fraud. Ask your institution to file a charge back to recoup your money.
