Menomonie Theater Guild is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of Frozen JR., a magical journey into the beloved world of Disney's Frozen. Directed by Nell Heifner-Johnson and LeAnne Talberg, with music direction by Courtney Eberle and choreography by Bethany Risler, this family-friendly production promises to captivate audiences of all ages.
Performances will take place at the historic Mabel Tainter Theater on December 1-3 and 8-10, 2023. Frozen JR. is based on the 2013 Oscar-winning film and its 2018 Broadway adaptation, offering a condensed version of the enchanting story of two royal sisters, Elsa and Anna.
Set in the kingdom of Arendelle, Frozen JR. follows the adventures of Elsa, a young princess with a magical secret that has the power to both enchant and endanger her kingdom. Her younger sister, Anna, embarks on a daring quest with a rugged ice harvester named Kristoff, his loyal reindeer Sven, and a loveable snowman named Olaf to find Elsa and bring her back home.
