Mayo Clinic is sponsoring a Fall Into Wellness Challenge for the month of October. Many aspects of health contribute to wellness including: eating well, getting enough exercise, sleep and water, maintaining good health through prevention, ridding yourself of stress, and discovering your passions.
Building healthy habits in these areas can be hard for many. While it takes more than 31 days to build a new habit, community members are invited to join this monthlong challenge to get the jump-start needed. Learn more about these aspects of wellness all month long and work toward building new habits.
Upon registration, participants will receive a calendar that outlines daily activities and provides a place to track participation. Every day, points are earned for getting enough sleep and exercise, drinking enough water and completing a daily activity. Participants will receive a weekly email that expands on the daily activities for that week.
Fall Into Wellness has two tracks: community and corporate. You are welcome to join the community track as an individual, family or friend group. If your business or organization would like to get employees moving in a healthier direction, the corporate track may fit your needs.
