For the past 15 years, the Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area has held it's Gifts of the Heart Gala Fundraiser in February. This year due to the pandemic the gala will not be held, however the Free Clinic is still asking for community support through donations.
The mission of The Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area is to provide access to primary healthcare and preventive health education for the people of Western Wisconsin who have no health-care alternative. Services are provided according to need, without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or residency.
The Free Clinic is open every Tuesday evening by appointment. Face to face and phone visits are available. The Free Clinic provides services to anyone that is uninsured or under insured and has a household income of 250% or less of the Federal Poverty level.
