Happy Apple Yoga is offering Free Park Yoga at Wilson Park Sundays at 6:30 pm, starting on June 13th and concluding on August 29th. This one hour practice is open to all levels. Bring your own yoga mat, or towel.
Classes will be lead by Rachel Funk-Johnson and additional Happy Apple Yoga teachers throughout the Summer.
Yoga is a great way to cultivate breath, stretch your muscles, relax and regroup your mind. This practice will ensure movement through your spine and introduce you to the benefits of a yoga practice.
