Most downtown meters are free until August 18th. Note the exceptions of Lot 10 and the 15-minute meters in front of the post office.
The coin only meters will be bagged. The digital meters will have ribbons that will identify them as soon as those ribbons are available. The message on the meter screen will be updated soon to reflect free parking.
