This June, Dine on fresh, seasonal fare while taking in the beauty of the course at sunset. Our June theme—Early Summer Elegance—features a sophisticated menu inspired by the vibrant flavors of summer.
Appetizers: Watermelon and Feta Bites, Cucumber Canapés
Entrée: Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce: Paired with wild rice pilaf and a medley of grilled zucchini and yellow squash.
Dessert: Lemon Tart with Fresh Berries: A tangy, sweet finish to the evening.
