Coffee at the Cottage is a podcast by Menomonie resident Emilie Wiese. New episodes are released the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
In the latest episode, Emilie introduces us to a young, aspiring competitive bike rider Ruben Dayton-Brantmeier, and his coach Jeff Peterson. Ruben is a seven-time Minnesota state champion among other accomplishments and dreams of one day racing in the Tour de France.
Ruben is a student at Menomonie high school and competes with Minnesota Junior Cycling.
