Benefit for Jeff Reynolds and Sam Miller Families - June 1st

Updated: 2 days ago

On June 1st, 2025, between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. the members of the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office and the Menomonie Police Department are hosting a benefit and fundraiser for the families of Corrections Officer Jeff Reynolds and Police Officer Sam Miller. This event will be located at Lucette Brewing and Pizza located at 910 Hudson Road, Menomonie, WI.

Corrections Officer Jeff Reynolds passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2024, and Menomonie Police Officer and former Dunn County Deputy Sam Miller also passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2024. Jeff left behind his wife and two children. Jeff was the sole source of income for the family. Sam left behind his wife and two very young children. The passing of Jeff and Sam has greatly impacted this community, their coworkers, and especially their families and friends.

Please join us for this public event to help support these two families. This event will be held in conjunction with the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Death Response Team, a 501(c)(3) organization, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to both families. We believe that together, we can make a positive impact and show the families of these officers just how much their lives meant to our community.

We will be pre-selling tickets for a 6-gun raffle ($10 per ticket). At the event, we will also have bucket raffles, silent auction items, and a 50/50 raffle. Wristbands for Lucette’s wood-fired pizza will be for sale for $10 per person.

Our Raffle tickets are now available around the county for the Jeff Reynolds and Sam Miller Family benefit. We have some great prizes, and the drawing will be at 3 pm on June 1st. Tickets are $10 each.

Tickets are available at the following locations:

  • Downsville: Timber Inn and Cubbies

  • Menomonie: Great Escape(VFW), Dean and Sue’s, and Bait on Broadway

  • Boyceville: Buckshots Bar

  • Otter Creek: Too Mixed Up

Good luck, and thank you for your support of these families.

This event is open to the public, so please share.
