This Book Came About Due To My Lifelong Journey With A Mental Health Condition And The Impact Of Abuse. I Am One Of The Millions That Suffer From These Experiences In The United States. This Book Was Inspired By My Own Lived Experience With Severe Depression, Anxiety, Physical And Emotional Abuse, Addiction, And Trauma.
